AIOCALL.CENTER – AI Call Center
An AI-powered call center platform revolutionizing customer communication with smart automation, real-time analytics and seamless multi-channel support.
What it is
AIO Call Center is self-managed telephony infrastructure integrated with real-time AI agents, built for high-volume operations and automated QA. It runs on an independent, Asterisk-based telephony layer co-located with the AI inference workers, designed for sub-200ms voice agents.
Who it's for
- Contact centers where AI voice agents handle inbound or outbound calls end-to-end and escalate to humans with structured context.
- High-concurrency campaigns: thousands of simultaneous outbound calls without provider throttling.
- Regulated industries, where recordings, transcripts and consent must live on controlled infrastructure.
If call volume is low and latency is not critical, a managed CPaaS is still the right answer. The break-even for our customers tends to sit around 20,000 minutes/month of AI-driven calls.
How it works
A natural phone conversation tolerates roughly 700ms of round-trip latency. Every call flows carrier → SBC → Asterisk → media bridge → AI worker, where streaming STT, an LLM with function calling and streaming TTS run side by side.
- Sub-200ms media path between the carrier and the AI worker.
- Streaming barge-in: the caller can interrupt the bot mid-sentence and the agent recovers gracefully.
- Per-call observability: every leg of the SIP dialog, every model token and every tool call goes into one trace.
- Automated QA: every call is scored against a rubric by a second LLM before a human ever listens.
- Cost control: you pay for trunks and compute, not per-minute markups on AI features.
Questions and answers
What is an AI call center?
An AI call center is a contact-center stack in which AI voice agents handle inbound or outbound calls end-to-end and escalate to humans with structured context.
When is self-managed telephony not worth it?
If your call volume is low and latency is not critical, a managed CPaaS is still the right answer. The break-even for our customers tends to sit around 20,000 minutes/month of AI-driven calls.
